CEO’S PROFILE

Jennifer I. Achiekwelu, the founder and CEO of Golden Fox Innovative Solutions Ltd is a result oriented and dynamic self-starter with fifteen (15) years impressive success in the Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure/Construction, Offshore Renewable and Health Care Services. She is well versed in running companywide operational functions and leading large-scale projects from inception to successful completion, while making/executing sound strategic decisions. She has held senior management positions with major corporations including Medimmune, British Petroleum, LyondellBasell Industries, Seadrill, innogy offshore renewable company etc.

She is an accomplished, dedicated, result driven and globally experienced strategic leader with a proven record of establishing and transforming processes, specializing in strategic & operational management, end to end sourcing process, vendor & stakeholder relationship management, project planning & implementation, risk management and commercial optimization.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Accounting from London and a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Management from U.S.A. She is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) and Project Management Professional (PMP), U.K. chapter.

She is a decisive, pragmatic and innovative leader having managed large multi-disciplinary teams up to executive level. She utilizes her superior communication skills to engage with key stakeholders to manage and exceed expectations.

Equipped with excellent leadership, organization and people management abilities, she passionately strives towards constant improvement, operational finesse and increased profitability.

Jennifer has the tendency to develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with our clients/supplier’s thereby gaining an in-depth knowledge of the market, client needs and collaborating with them to ensure that we meet and exceed their expectations.

She is tasked with overseeing the companywide operations, establishment and maintenance of strategic partnership with our clients, growth and profitability strategy.

On a personal basis, Jennifer is a humanitarian whose passion is to be a blessing to people and to find ways to alleviate the sufferings of anyone that crosses her path. She recently established a foundation “Ugoada Cares Foundation” in memory of her late grandmother. The foundation is currently self-funded and to date provides lunch and school uniforms for primary school kids in her village, as well as assist with provision of food items and other resources to the best of its abilities to people in need in community and across the nation.

She is a mentor to young girls and friends alike and plans to set up a mentorship program for young men and women in her community which will provide the right platform that encourages them from a very young age to soar and strive for excellence in all they do.

YVONNE AMANCHUKWU

Yvonne is the Director of Projects and is tasked with overseeing the global project strategy, as well as the day-to-day operations of our Project/Program Management engagements.

She is dedicated to the growth of the company, focusing on project strategy development and operational success to ensure Golden Fox continues to be the leading provider in the arena we operate. She is especially proud to see projects reach completion, allowing the opportunity to see first-hand how Golden Fox projects are Building a Better World.

Yolanda has more than 15 years of experience in engineering, construction and project management. He joined Golden Fox in 2015 and has held numerous leadership roles.
She is a licensed professional engineer as well as Project Management certified

GLORIA ACHIEKWELU

Gloria has extensive experience in operations management and business development and has played a key role in establishing Golden Fox presence in Africa. Within months of opening its doors, she successfully secured a long-term procurement & supply chain assignment with the government.

Gloria is also known for her extensive experience in business development and client relationship management. She runs the business development, public relations and regulatory reporting arm of our business.
She also has expertise in quality management, compliance and assurance and plays and integral role in our audit assignments.
Gloria holds a Master of Business Administration with concentration in Marketing. Her educational and vast work experience has equipped her with the right skill and ability to manage supplier-supported sales activities, marketing strategy, event planning and management, membership growth, public relations and sales of custom education programs and assessment tools.

 

CHIDUM IKE

Chidum is an IT/Project Management Principal in our firm. He has the dual role of managing the Information Technology design, implementation and training projects as well as manages a team of project managers. His vast experience includes design and implementation of networks and release management programs, design and delivery of IT computer and software training programs and risk assessment etc. He holds several IT certifications to include certification in Data Processing and Computer Information Systems Integration, Oracle, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Systems Engineering, Information Systems Security, CISCO Networks. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Member of the EMR Software Planning and Development.

ERICA BYRNE

Erica is an executive within our organization. Her interest covers contract management, profit and value improvement programs, strategic sourcing and competency development programs delivered through the application and skills transfer of best purchasing practice.
She is an innovative and leading thinker in integrating business and procurement strategies. Prior to joining our executive team, Erica held senior management positions with some of the leading communication, pharmaceutical, construction and oil and gas companies in the world. During her time with these companies, she managed and advised contracting procedures, strategic outsourcing programs, designed and delivered global development projects incorporating blended learning and follow-on coaching. She is a frequent contributor to business and procurement specific journals and is a member of ISM in the U.S and National Contract Management Association.

MAJOR WILSON AZUKA

Major Wilson Azuka is a Principal Civil Engineering Consultant with our firm. He is a member of the Council for Regulation of Engineers in Nigeria (COREN), Nigeria Society of Engineers (NSE) and Nigerian Army Corps of Engineers (NAE). Major Azuka brings with him an extensive experience in managing civil engineering projects to include highways, bridges, waste management and building developments etc. He consults with our clients on the plan and design of a new project as well as the supervision of the daily work performed.
Majors Azuka manages a team of engineers responsible for the investigation and study of the feasibility of the site on which the building construction will take place, conducting technical analyses, safeguarding the work site, quality checks of project equipment and labor management etc.

IJAGEM ONIGAH

Ijagem Onigah is Principal Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in design and detailed engineering of Electrical Systems for Thermal Power Plants, Combined Cycle Power Plants, Oil and Gas Plants, Refineries and Power Plants, Front End Engineering and Design and Tender Engineering.
He also co-manages our Construction Management, Procurement and Project Engineering projects. His responsibilities include management of technical modeling, analysis/due diligence, engineering technology selection and site design/optimization for project development including permitting design support through detailed construction design.

 

TEMPLE EZEOMA
Temple Ezeoma is the Lead Quantity Surveyor with considerable experience in all the standard methods of construction contract procurement as well as developing bespoke methods that are tailor fit to specific client and project requirements. These cover refurbishment and new build and civil engineering construction project for both private and public sector clients. Temple works to ensure that we provide up to date advice and extensive service on all stages of the construction processes, including value engineering, cost planning, tender procurement, construction cost control through to account settling and loan monitoring. Temple Ezeoma is a fully registered member of the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (Q.S.R.B.N) and Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)
CHIDUM IKE
Chidum Ike is an IT/Project Management Principal in our firm. TAIWO ADENIYI

Taiwo Adeniyi is the Chief Financial Officer for Golden Fox. He has vast experienced in the areas of Finance, Accounting and International business. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance and International Business.
Mr. Adeniyi is responsible for reporting on the general financial operation of all global operations. He serves as the chair of the Pension and Risk Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee for UCI Innovative Solutions Ltd.

 

TED RUSSEL

Ted is the Associate Director and learning practice lead. He is responsible for delivering training and development projects to clients in areas including category management, supplier relationship management, strategic sourcing, HR, leadership and management, communication and sales etc. As the lead in training services he also offers capability assessment tools, industry skill benchmarking, online e-learning training and outcome measurement solutions.
He is also responsible for facilitation of our client’s talent management process including but not limited to success planning, performance management, learning and development etc. He participates in one-to-one coaching as well as development of the processes and programs to formalize developed standards and practices.
Ted’s interest covers profit and value improvement programs, strategic sourcing and competency development programs. Prior to joining Golden Fox, he has held executive level positions with several of the largest oil and gas companies and pharmaceutical companies in North America.
